The Mercy Ministries Team creates opportunities for New Hope to show the mercy of Christ to people outside our church’s walls.

The Mercy Ministries Committee of New Hope Orthodox Presbyterian Church seeks to galvanize church members to put faith into action by meeting physical, emotional, cognitive, spiritual, and social needs of people outside our church’s walls through demonstrations of Christ’s love and mercy, thereby shining the light of the Gospel in this dark world.

Since the Mercy Ministries Team was formed in 2015, we have facilitated mercy ministry opportunities for the people of New Hope including: o Nursing home visits (every other month) o Weekly Bible study for inmates at Brown County Jail o Letter drives and donation drives for the persecuted church o Fundraisers and donation drives benefitting foster children, pregnancy centers, victims of human trafficking, addiction rehab centers, and more
